Once again the David McCall Foundation has come to the fore to support grassroots cycling in Ulster with the announcement that they will help subsidise this weekend's Women's Residential camp in the Mournes. The camp, organised by Cycling Ulster's MTB Commission Chair, Ciara MacManus will cater for both road and off road women. The event is being held in the Meelmore Lodge which has excellent accommodation faclities. A number of women have signed up for the full residential but there is the option for other women to attend on either Saturday or Sunday only. The event is also supported by Cycling Ulster and Sport NI.

Saturday 20th
9.30 am meeting & registration
10am - 12.30pm: group rides (MTB & Road)
1pm - 2.00pm: Lunch
2.00pm - 3.30pm: Presentation
4pm - 5pm Strength & Conditioning

Sunday:
10am - 12.30: group rides (MTB & Road)
1pm - 2pm: Lunch
2pm - 3.30 pm: Coaching presentation
4pm - 5pm: Yoga Session

Cost £30 for the residential and £10 for a single day.

In the opposite end of the country Road Commission Chair, Ryan Connor will be back on the roads with another squad of potential talent. Connor has organised a day for the U23/Junior riders which will see them train over one of the Tour of the North Stages. Connor has received the support of the Ballymena club and in particular Tommy Wilson and Hugh McCullough (Road Commission Members) who will be helping out.
